How to Make Your Goals INEVITABLE -
And Enjoy the Pursuit Along the Way
Have you ever set a goal—whether it’s losing weight, building your business, or making a big life change—only to feel stuck, unmotivated, or even afraid to start?
You’re not alone. Most people approach goal-setting in a way that makes them feel overwhelmed before they even begin.
But what if I told you there’s another way?
A way that makes your success inevitable. A way that helps you enjoy the process instead of dreading it.
In this post, I’ll show you how to shift your mindset, set goals from a place of abundance, and take action without burnout. Plus, I’m inviting you to join me behind the scenes as I go after my own goal—losing weight without dieting, restriction, or shame.
Let’s dive in!
Have you ever thought:
β I need to lose weight because I hate how I look.
β I have to make money in my business or I’m failing.
β I should be further ahead by now.
These thoughts might feel motivating at first, but they’re actually rooted in scarcity—the belief that you’re not enough as you are.
But here’s the truth: You don’t achieve goals because you don’t like yourself—you achieve them out of love and respect for yourself.
Instead of thinking, I have to lose weight, try:
π "I get to take care of my body in a way that makes me feel amazing."
Instead of thinking, I have to build my business, try:
π "I get to create something meaningful that helps others and supports my dreams."
This small shift changes everything.
π‘ Your success is inevitable when you move from ‘I have to’ → ‘I get to.’
One of the biggest mindset shifts I teach my clients is this:
If your success was guaranteed, how would you approach your goals differently?
βοΈ You wouldn’t panic over slow progress.βοΈ You wouldn’t be discouraged by small setbacks.
βοΈ You’d trust the process and enjoy the journey.
π‘ "When you go into a goal thinking there’s no other way but success, everything becomes simpler and more fun."
Let’s be honest—most people make goal-setting miserable.
π« Strict diets.
π« Overcomplicated business strategies.
π« Pushing through exhaustion.
But here’s the thing: If the process is miserable, you won’t stick with it.
So let’s change that.
Instead of judging yourself, approach your goals with curiosity.
β Why can’t I stay consistent? → π
"I wonder what would make this feel easier for me?"
β Why do I keep procrastinating? → π
"What if I experimented with different ways to take action?"
"Curiosity changes everything—what if achieving your goal wasn’t hard? What if it could actually be easy and exciting?"
Most people think they’ll love themselves after they achieve their goal.
But it’s actually the opposite—self-respect is what helps you achieve your goal.
"Because I respect myself, I drink more water today. Because I love myself, I prioritize rest."
Small acts of self-respect create momentum. And momentum makes success inevitable.
Life is happening now, not when you achieve your goal. So instead of making yourself miserable…
βοΈ Find workouts that feel good.
βοΈ Market your business in a way that feels fun.
βοΈ Celebrate small wins along the way.
"The journey of achieving your goal is where your life happens. It doesn’t start when you arrive."
I’m on a journey right now to lose weight—not from a place of shame, but from a place of love and curiosity.
And I want to invite you to come along with me.

Journaling Prompts:
Pause for a moment. Imagine sitting down with your journal, a cup of coffee, and giving yourself the gift of reflection. These 10 questions will help you see yourself with more kindness, release self-judgment, and step into the version of you who already has the life you desire.
1οΈβ£ What is one thing I deeply appreciate about myself today that I often overlook?
(Self-love starts with recognizing what is already good about you.)
2οΈβ£ If I viewed myself with the same love and kindness I give to my closest friend, how would my life feel different?
(How can you extend that level of compassion to yourself?)
3οΈβ£ What’s one small way I can show more respect to myself this week—physically, emotionally, or mentally?
(Self-respect is the foundation for achieving any goal.)
4οΈβ£ If my success was truly inevitable, how would I approach my biggest goal differently?
(How would you act, think, and feel if you knew it was happening?)
5οΈβ£ Think about a time when you felt most confident, happy, or powerful—what was different about that version of you?
(That version of you still exists—what would it take to reconnect with her?)
6οΈβ£ If I were already living as my Future Self, what daily habits, thoughts, or beliefs would I embody?
(What’s stopping you from adopting even one of those habits today?)
7οΈβ£ What is one story I tell myself about why I can’t have what I truly desire?
(How would my life change if I let go of that belief?)
8οΈβ£ If I replaced self-criticism with self-curiosity, what would I learn about myself?
(Instead of judging yourself, can you get curious about why you think, feel, or act the way you do?)
ο»Ώ9οΈβ£ What’s one area of my life where I feel ‘stuck’? What is my inner wisdom telling me I really need?
(Are you craving change, rest, growth, or something else entirely?)
π If I fully trusted that I am already enough exactly as I am, what would I do differently today?
(Your worth is not based on what you achieve—what shifts when you believe that?)
